The most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen in bike racing occurs to Maxime Berger’s Ducati, thankfully at the slowest corner on the track. Apparently his rear wheel shattered and broke off.
Thats the trouble with using a tyre thats too big for the rim haha, no harm done
horrible!!
@bassgodtraining Wasn’t funny at all.
Click the 1911 button for huge laughs.
the wheel overtakes the bike
:D:D
sack the manufacturer and thank the lord that it happened when it did. beyond that. just laugh your nuts off.
sabotage!!! ahah
輪胎跑掉= =”
Benfoxmra95 your observation is correct, and is not the first time that wheels of this manufacturer collapse due to torsional / flexural stress; previously this wheel had done only Australian race.
The center section broke out of the wheel.
The mechanic was not a fault. It was a wheel manufacturing/design failure.
I’m sure Berger was all WTF over that one. I would be ready to use that wheel as a necktie for the guy who was supposed to X-ray the casting!
@jackobcooper
Wells spoken
only tire?
If you look closely the hub has come away from the rim, must have been using them mag wheels for too long
i bet the guy was like…. WHATAA FUCK HAPPENED!???
Never seem a WSBK Series broke, or lost a rear wheel.
some invisible pikeys stole his wheel lol
Well, what to say… Talk about unexpected.
