    @elgoose2003 nope. unless you have clips wich make your feet fastened to the pedal. But if you do that you have to put you seat to high so it pulls your joints. BUt it is verry bad for you muscles and bones and joints and back to put you seat that high that it completely stretches your leg. Your leg should be almost straigt but with a smaal angle still in your knee. this inchures that you have no hip movement while pedalling. So maybe it does but it is bad for you body so i wouldnt

    my bike is completley covered in mud should i use a small pressure washer its not very powerfull it only cost around £30

    if u pedal frontwards u might hurt urself putting ur finger inside the wheel as its gonna be spinning so u dont wanna do that u know wat m saying..

    you can use wd40 to clean the chain… but dont use it as a lube…
