Does anyone know where I can get a replacement battery for a giant la free electric bike?

    giant spec sheet says they cost $550
    i would assume giant still has them

    If you have the older Lafree Sport with Lead Acid batteries, you can get good EV B and B brand batteries at better Battery suppliers in major metro areas. You can also order them from http://www.electricvehiclesnw.com/. Open up the enclosure and you will see the two 12v batteries

    If you have the newer Lafree Lite with NIMH batteries, you can also order them from http://www.electricvehiclesnw.com/. The Lite battery pack is repairable by qualified service people, but there are no user service-able parts inside except for fuses.
