The EC051al is a fully electric bicycle, classed as an EAPC in the UK and Europe it does not need a driving licence, road tax, MOT, insurance or liquid fuel to be on the road. It travels for an average of 25 miles per charge and features a Lithium Ion polymer battery that is revolutionary in it’s power capabilities and charging time called the LifePo4. This battery will be 90% charged in under 15 minutes and does not need to be fully charged to operate. The battery itself is very lightweight and can be detatched from the bike should you wish to charge it seperately or left in the bike, it’s your choice. The bike has E-ABS brakes for safety, front and rear lights, horn, alarm and even cruise control. This bike can be peddled or run direct from the handle bar throttle which is similar in function to a motorbike. Lockable storage under the seat and in the front column and system alarm ensures your items safety.
