This kid on a 65cc 2-stroke completely owned me! He was 100% throttle the whole time. I was able to keep up, but unable to pass. It wasn;t the bike, just that I felt like I hadn’t rode in a month. Oh wait, it was a month since the last race. LOL, need to practice more!!! – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - Here is a message from our team leader, “Fantasy” Jim Smoot: Thanks to everyone for a FUN & VERY Exciting weekend of Piranha Pit Bike Racing!! First, Zach “Xero” went for X-rays and the ankle is not broke just badly sprained & bruised (that puts a hurt on his new job as a cart pusher at Walmart that he was supposed to start this week – lol). Team Xtreme/Piranha/Oneal/Grave Clothing took home the gold again with a 1st place by Kyle “The Heat” Luttrell, a 2nd place by Tony “Iron Man” Moore and 3rd place by Tony “Dusty” Dunn (running that Hybrid Xtreme with the Piranha Daytona engine). 1st place youth “Radical” Ryan Dunn and 1st place Vet “Fantasy” Jim. Results for the State Series (to date) are as follows: 1st Place in 12″ Am – Tony “Iron Man” Moore 3rd Place in 12″ Am – Tony “Dusty” Dunn 4th Place in 12″ Am = Kyle “The Heat” Luttrell 1st place Youth – “Radical” Ryan Dunn 1st Place in Vet – “Fantasy” Jim 3rd Place in 88cc – Zach “Xero” Smoot If we keep this up we’ll have to get a bigger building just to showcase all of the trophies!! Good Job to all…And look for The Professor’s Video in a day or two – He got some spectacular crash footage!! “Fantasy” Jim …
