How do you charge an electric motor bike?

My husband got a Honda electric motor bike but he doesn’t have what he needs to make it work. There is a cable looking cord at the top of if. I am sorry I don’t have many details on the bike. Is there a certain store he can go to or possibly a web site?
the electric motorbikes and the electric carsa re like cell phones, u can charge it at home, else in some citis there are places for charge it.

Maybe he should check with Honda…
