Awesome video, love all of your videos. I wish more people would watch and follow your lead. I’m curious as how this would work when charging a battery? More of a back up battery, say for a house or more for a particular room in a house? By that I mean, would charging a battery make pedaling difficult?

I wonder how long it would take for you to fully charge that portable charger… and if it were a full batter how long could it run that air compressor?
Wouldn’t it be more practical to have the generator directly attached to the gears in the rear to allow for variable toque (smooth pedaling). In addition you may be able to reduce the current of the motor (for the fan example) by placing a capacitor in parallel. Reactive power would decrease while the power factor would increase

Do you think it’s possible to introduce this idea in rural/poor/poverty areas whereby the people do not have easy access to electricity and allow them to generate electricity for their daily lives?

My bicycle has a front hub dynamo that power front and rear LED lights. The front light is very bright and I really can’t tell the difference with lights on or off or changing the front wheel with a regular wheel.
I really wonder what an effencent human power setup could do – to fill in between wind and solor energy.

Try adding a flywheel to the input of the generator next to the little gear. This should help to smooth out the DC side of things.
Is the inverter Pure sine wave or modified sine wave?
Very good information, I signed in just to say that. Would this have use in powering up small electronics batteries, like up to something as large as a laptop battery?
