he’s doing a great job. so far i’m very impressed on what he discloses. very valueble info. thanks!

I think he is making a big mistake encouraging new riders to start on a 600cc supersport. He is going to get people killed with a comment like that, especially since he is expressing his qualifications as an “expert”. I ask Nicky Hayden and Valentino Rossi when I want an expert opinion.

  7. KBWB5 says:

true, true. I would love to have a suzuki gsxr 600 but if I have enough money I’ma get a piece of shit bike that doesn’t cost to much tu ensure too.
    thx dude

basic things to look out for; do your wrists feel uncomfortable? if they do then its a no no for long trips. good quality brakes. weight – dont buy a granite bike for your first, you will regret it.

  9. Gizmorun says:

    @KBWB5

buy a street bike that you want to ride and then get a cheap piece of crap to crash when you try stunting.

  10. Gizmorun says:

you have a few mistakes there. after the cbf before your test you are limited to 125cc (no bhp or kWh limit on 125) then after your test you are limited to 25kWh or 34bhp for 2 years, if you are 21+ before this period passes then you can do the DAS and ride unrestricted.

  11. Gizmorun says:

you could be an offroader or tracker.

your not going to listen to me but I have to say it anyway.. My first bike (took the MSF course) was a CBR 600rr. I wish i had started with an older CBR or maybe a Ninja 250.. Then I would be soo worried about hurting my 2007 baby… and I’d be able to “comfortably” learn riding in general.. other than that I’m just way way careful!!! it could easily kill you !!

  13. lexus3333330 says:

I had a CBR 125 for a year and a half then got sick of it and bought a K6 GSXR-1000 And i am soooo happy i did! As long as you don’t go crazy off the hop, any size bike can be a good one to learn on. Obviously the smaller the cc the easier to learn but its all in respect to the throttle.

  14. hobonhan999 says:

i want to get one of those sleek cool sport bike but maybe i should get a speed triple like every1 here is talking about

  15. hobonhan999 says:

i think i got 3 more years to get my license
    =D

  16. read1one says:

cant wait to have a licence….but sadly i got 5 more years till i can take it lol

  17. bodunchar says:

speed triple good choice. Dont kno about stunting tho.

  18. LonghornathletE009 says:

“starting out on a one thousand isn’t a good idea unless you’ve been riding awhile”… because we all know you can ride for a while, and THEN be a starter. choad smoker, agreed

  19. EF247 says:

im 17 and want a bike liscence, in the UK you cant just get a speed triple or any bike over 125cc (33bhp) until youve passed your test with it and ridden it a couple of years. Then u can upgrade to anything up to a 250cc then pass another test- then at 21 you can take your full bike liscence- anything you want. A speed triple is a 600cc plus bike so no, not as your first. Unless u want to not ride it on the roads and kill uourself learning on it….

  20. monsterjam9894 says:

do you have any experince on bikes

  21. Archerke says:

better start with a street triple than..
more than enough power, and steering so smooth, it feels like you’re riding a bicycle

  22. bittergrapeshape says:

    this guys a choad smoker

  23. KBWB5 says:

Don’t be a hater now, but I’m just a kid, and i have plans on getting a motorcycle license. Could someone give me some tips on streetbike that I eventually after a lot of practise also could use for stunting? is a speed triple an okay bike to start with? thx

  24. louie111887 says:

my first bike ever was a lil ttr 125 four stroke trail bike. and then i hoped on my dad’s friend’s katana 600. and i would ride my friends 00′ gixxer 600 around town all the time. not too scary, but hey i have good throttle control . so with that being said. im going to buy a bike this dec or jan, and im really looking in on the cbr 600 f2 or f3s . i dont think i should have a prob.

    what do you suggest?
