Driving my home-built electric bike swiftly down the street. 3/4 HP PM motor drives the front end of this graceful brute. The front suspension travels much, even on small bumps and road unevenness throughout the course.

Is it legal for a 16 year old to drive an electric bike/electric scooter/moped/”vespa”/whatever you wanna call it in Utah, without a driver’s license?
