Are street mountain bikes for doing stunts supposed to have rigid forks or suspensions?

Also, if suspensions, how much travel should there be? and any recommendations?

Where can i purchase Morningstar Drumstix Rotor truing forks for mountain bikes from in the UK?

Can’t seem to find a dealer in the UK who sells Drumstix truing forks for mountain bike rotors. Found some sites in the US however can’t seem to find any UK dealers.
Any help is much appreciated.
