What is the most reliable and strongest tube for mountain bikes?

Every 3rd or 4th time I ride my XC mtb I get a flat with Kenda tubes. I use the right pressure and everything, so I’m guessing the kenda tubes aren’t strong enough for my riding style.
What’s a stronger tube that won’t get a hole in less than 50 miles?
thanks
the tubes that I use now are SUmmit Premium tubes by Kenda.
Well, where are your flats coming from? If through the tires, you might want to pick up tougher tires.
If your pressure is okay, then it shouldn’t be a pinch flat.
Have you checked your rim tape?
I use Continental tubes, and haven’t had any issue with them.
Perhaps a downhill style tube would be better for you since they’re thicker and tougher.
Worst case scenario, it may be worth considering going with tubeless tires.
You could get different tires. When I had Kenda Nevegals, i’d get a bunch of flats- they had really thin sidewalls. I’m using a Kenda Kinetics front and a Maxxis Highroller rear. I’ve only two flats on the front and none on the maxxis.
