Whats the best electric pocket bike ?

Im buying an electric pocket / mini bike soon and im wondering whats the cheapest, fastest, less charging but more battery life bike i can buy. If you found a good site to buy 1 off of, please paste it in your answer. i really want to get more out of my bike.
