Where can I find ventilated bike bags for holding large batteries?

I have an electric bike and i need a good long ventilated bike bag. My nhim batteryies are 13 inches in length, 4 inch height, and 6 inch width. I was told to use alluminum but where can i find such boxes for bikes racks. Thanks
