Will hard bags from a Harley Road King fit the brackets on a bike that has the leather bags?

Hey you are in luck I just now am doing this on my ‘ 01 Road King Classic and it works just fine. Hard bags from touring models ‘ 93-’08 will fit. I bought 07cop bags ( got lucky and found new ones ) and the only thing I had to do was adjust the brackets a tad. Go for it & Ride safe !
