Thought we’d try a ride up Canada’s highest full-time mountain pass … almost 1800m (5800ft) … and see how far we got on one battery …

I have been wanting to purchase a whisper bike here in Gisborne. Just watching and learning more and more about them. I know it would get me out n about more. I have trial ridden one and really liked it. Any real problems with them… any recommendations. Regards.
I did a 3000km cross country trip around British Columbia on an Electric bike.
From Vanderhoof to Prince Rupert to Port Hardy to Victoria to Vancouver to Hope and back to Vanderhoof. I did it by charging anywhere I could find an outlet, It took me 30 Days.

5875′ at the top — im impressed — Ive ridden a $4000 lightwieght mtn bike up the pass from salmo a few times– im in good shape–3hrs 14 min 41km from salmo-a hard grind – 2hr,45min is the quikest ive heard of, using a expensive road bike, loaded touring bikes take about 6hrs,to climb creston side 5hrs to climb the salmo side ,–the climb itself is 26km – creston side is 38km-you started youre climb from the lost creek rest area which is 3 km from the bottom-so you did 23km – amazing battery
